Quietlist ("we") is an independent information service publishing at quietlist.in. By using this site or purchasing a report you agree to these terms.

What we sell

The RERA Property Intelligence Report is a digital research report (₹4,999 per project unless stated otherwise) compiled from public regulatory filings — state RERA registers, quarterly progress reports, sanctioned plans and related public documents. It is delivered by email, normally within one working day of confirmed payment. Free material on the site (project pages, builder pages, risk snapshots, guides) comes from the same sources.

What we are not

We are not a broker, agent, lawyer, chartered accountant or investment adviser, and nothing on this site or in a report is legal, financial or investment advice. A report is an information aid for your own due diligence. We do not receive commissions from builders and do not broker the projects we report on.

Accuracy

Figures are read from the regulators' own records at the time of preparation. Records change, filings contain errors, and our extraction can too. Always verify current status on the relevant RERA portal before acting; where our read and the register differ, the register prevails.

Refunds

If a report doesn't help your decision, you get a full refund — no questions asked. Details in our refund policy.

Use of reports

A purchased report is for you (and your family or co-buyers for the same purchase decision). Please don't republish or resell it. Quoting brief excerpts with attribution is fine.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with a report or the site is limited to the amount you paid us. Property purchases are large decisions; use every source available to you, not only ours.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
