We sell one thing — a due-diligence report for a decision that matters. If the report you bought doesn't help your decision, we don't want your money.

Cancellation

If you have placed an order and your report has not yet been delivered, email hello@quietlist.in to cancel -- you will receive a full refund with no deduction. Reports are made to order and are typically delivered within one working day; once delivery is confirmed, the refund terms below apply.

The policy

Any purchased RERA Property Intelligence Report is covered by a full, no-questions-asked refund. Just reply to your delivery email, or write to hello@quietlist.in with the email you used to order, within 30 days of delivery.

Timelines

We confirm the refund within 2 working days, and the money is returned to your original payment method — typically within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-delivery

If you paid and did not receive your report within one working day, tell us — you choose an immediate full refund or priority delivery.
