This process is intentionally simple.

The goal is not endless browsing. The goal is to help a serious buyer move from initial screening to direct evaluation.

Subscribers receive occasional listing emails.

Each listing includes the core facts upfront: broad location, property type, area, parking, possession timeline, and known considerations.

The teaser is designed to be genuinely useful.

The public layer should be enough to judge whether the listing is worth further attention. The next step is for direct access and completeness, not basic legitimacy.

Requesting access unlocks the full pack.

The unlocked pack may include project identity, tower details, exact unit reference, agreement for sale, RERA details, and direct seller contact.

Payment and delivery are handled clearly.

Buyers can request the full pack directly by email, and delivery is handled manually within 1 hour during working hours and within 12 hours otherwise.

Why access is selective

To limit low-intent enquiries and keep direct access focused.

Quietlist does not publish every available detail publicly. Direct access is reserved for buyers who genuinely want to proceed.

Exact seller access, full project identity, and document context are still shared only after a buyer requests details.

Access policy

  • There is no fee required to request the full pack.
  • If the listing is unavailable at the time of request, details will not be shared.
  • Quietlist may pause or withdraw details if a request appears low-intent.
