Quietlist has two arms. The first is intelligence. We aggregate the quarterly progress reports and registration records that developers file with the state RERA authorities — Karnataka, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh (covering Noida, Greater Noida and Ghaziabad), with more to come — into a plain read on any project: how far it's built or whether it has been delivered, how fast it's selling, and how its builder has performed across their whole portfolio. The regulator's own record, made usable.

The second is a curated set of private listings. A small number of screened properties, shared with a list of buyers who have specifically opted in to receive them. Each follows a standard format: clear price, broad location, key measurements, known considerations, and a full details pack available on request.

Both run on the same principle: honest assessment, not flattering presentation. The figures are the regulator's. The read is ours. The decision is yours.
