Shared on request with interested buyers: project identity, exact unit reference, agreement for sale, RERA registration details, and direct seller contact. Everything needed to move forward.
We include a short section on what a serious buyer should know upfront — under construction, no unit photos yet, possession risk. Honesty here filters out tyre-kickers before they reach you.
Interested buyers come to you directly. No broker in the middle unless you want one. The full details pack includes your contact information for anyone who requests it.
