The developer declared a completion deadline of 2025-08 with Haryana RERA. As of July 2026, 11 months have passed since that date — no completion certificate is on the public record. 81% of 278 units of units have been reported as sold in HRERA filings (as of 2023-Q3). If you are a buyer awaiting possession, the most direct step is to ask the developer for a revised HRERA-filed completion timeline.

Units sold, quarter by quarter

2022-Q2 81% → 2022-Q3 81% → 2022-Q4 81% → 2023-Q1 81% → 2023-Q2 81% → 2023-Q3 81%

Filing signals

No QPR filing for 3 years. HRERA requires quarterly progress disclosures — the absence of filings is itself a data point.

Litigation on record (developer self-declared)

The developer has declared, in their HRERA Form REP-I filing, that litigation is pending against the project. HRERA does not publish case-level detail (court, case number) the way K-RERA does for Bangalore — this is a Yes/No declaration only. Ask the developer for the case reference before proceeding. This is informational, not legal advice.

What to do next (delayed project)

  1. Ask the developer for the HRERA extension order and the revised RERA possession date.
  2. Review your allotment letter's possession clause — it governs your compensation rights for delay.
  3. Check the HRERA complaint portal — previous allottees may have filed complaints about the same project.
  4. File a formal complaint with HRERA if the delay exceeds the registered completion date with no filed extension.

Your rights as a buyer (RERA)

  • Section 18 — Interest on delay: You are entitled to interest at SBI MCLR+1% on every instalment paid, for each month of delay, until possession or refund.
  • Section 19 — Right to refund: If the builder cannot deliver possession, you may claim a full refund of all amounts paid, with interest.
  • Section 31 — File a complaint: Buyers can file directly with HRERA. The builder is required to respond within the prescribed period.

Figures are from the developer's own disclosures on the Haryana RERA register. "Completion cert" is whether an OC has been granted; "sold" is booked units over total. Not a claim about the developer's intent. Explore every project on our Gurgaon project-delivery tool.
