A national developer sells the same promise in every city it enters. The state RERA registers let you check whether it keeps that promise — and because Quietlist holds the registers for three major markets at once, we can lay a developer's record side by side. 18 developers build across at least two of Bangalore, Gurgaon and the Noida region; 5 build in all three. Here is each one's record, in each market, from the regulators' own files.
How to read this — each regulator shows a different signal
There is no single national RERA, and the three states don't publish the same field, so we show each city's own honest signal rather than invent a common one:
- Bangalore (K-RERA) publishes a quarterly construction % — so we show how built the developer's projects are, on average.
- Gurgaon (Haryana RERA) publishes delivery — whether a project has its occupation/completion certificate — so we show the share delivered.
- Noida region (UP-RERA) publishes each project's declared completion date — so we show the share already past that date.
The three numbers aren't interchangeable — a high 'delivered' in Gurgaon and a high 'past due' in Noida describe different things. Read each against its own city. What is comparable is the footprint: how many registered projects the developer is running in each market.
The cross-market record, developer by developer
Each cell is that developer's record in that market: registered projects, then the city's native signal. A dash means they don't build there.

A wide footprint isn't a verdict — a large developer naturally carries more of everything. But seeing one brand's record across three regulators at once is exactly the check a buyer can almost never do, because the data lives in three separate state systems. We hold all three.
What this means if you're buying
Brand reputation travels between cities; performance doesn't always follow. A developer that delivers cleanly in one market can run late in another — different land, different approvals, different local team. Before you trust a national name, look up its record in your city's RERA register, not the city its reputation was built in.
Looking at a specific project from one of these developers? We hold the full RERA record — construction filings, delivery status and declared timelines — across all three markets. Tell us the project and we'll send you its record.
Methodology: built from the Karnataka, Haryana and UP-RERA registered-project registers as of June 2026. A developer is included when it has registered projects in at least two of the three markets and at least 6 in total. 'Built' is the mean of each Bangalore project's latest reported construction %; 'delivered' is the share of Gurgaon projects with an occupation/completion certificate; 'past due' is the share of Noida-region projects past their declared completion date. We group registration entities to the consumer-facing developer brand. All figures are developers' own RERA disclosures.
